Innoflate Livingston

Went with my 2 boys, age 4 and 9. The 3 of us had a brilliant time. We done a 2 hour slot, which was more expensive but it flew in. The only issue I found is that the toilets were unsanitary - they aren't clean, there was no toilet roll in over half of the cubicles, no hand towel and no hand soap. They really need to up their game when it comes to the hygiene facilities. Queue for food and drinks was also very long.. seemed like only one person was working there. Also the jump pillow - my son fell in the gap between the wall and the landing pillow and the employee who was there never noticed. I had to shout on him to get my son out as he was stuck and screaming.

Brilliant inflatable centre. It’s really big and has a kind of assault course round the area which you are able to go round forwards and back. It also had a lot of entry points to the assault course which was perfect for letting my son try it himself but also be on hand to help if he needed. We had a great time here. Got a slushie and some sweets at the cafe too. Lots of staff on hand, on the actual inflatable and interacting with the kids nicely. We’ll definitely be back.

I visited a couple weeks ago. I was served by Amy who asked me if I had a booking to which I answered no. I asked for a family of 4 which according to the website was £38. She handed me the card machine without showing me the amount. I tapped my phone and as I tapped she told me it was £45. I asked why and she told me it was cheaper to book online. I asked to cancel the payment so I could book online to which she answered "it's too late and we don't do any refunds". I was really surprised not to have been advised prior to the payment of the amount and the tone she used was pretty rude. I then spoke to the "manager" who told me he would put a request for a refund. He told me he would give me an update before I left and he didn't. As per the facilities, in the hour we were there they never opened the enclosure where you have to jump over some spinning things, and there was no balls for the basketball hoops. There was also a slide that was closed. Will definitely not go back.

The size of this inflatable is surprisingly good however some aspects of the facilities weren't great. There were only 2 people on reception and the queue was 20 mins even though we pre booked. Parking is awful and spills out on to the street and staff who should have been supervising were actually running about having fun. There was no one watching the assault course which resulted in adults and kids running in all directions, knocking younger children out the way. The briefing was played on a small TV with no seating and most people just got up and left without watching as again the staff switched it on then just left the area. The inflatable area was impressive with slides and obstacles throughout. Seating area is very busy so arrive early or you wont get a table and seat especially after wsying so long just to register.
